Get a healthy sleep rhythm?

Hello everyone,

I used to have a sleep pattern of going to bed at 9 pm and getting up at 7 am because I have to work at 9 am But now my sleep pattern is completely fucked. I usually go to bed at 11 pm or midnight, which isn't really a bad thing after getting 9 hours of sleep, but I need more sleep! I've tried falling asleep at 9 or 10 pm several times, but it doesn't work. I just lie in bed for about 30 minutes, wide awake. I've tried getting up earlier too, but that doesn't work. I don't eat or drink coffee or other sugary drinks, or chocolate or anything like that.

It may be lacking in your sleep quality

If you still want to fall asleep earlier, I recommend you not to be on the screen 1-2 hours before, and maybe take a walk.

This is relatively versatile. To improve deep sleep in particular, I recommend a balanced diet, regular sports etc.

It can also be at your mental location. Are you suffering from something?
