You can also control food intake via the mind.

Make a plan to eat mornings, lunches and evenings to get to your calorie needs and also vitamins and minerals you need. If your breakfast is ready as far as possible in the evening it takes less overcoming in the morning. You’ll notice when you’ve gone through a few weeks, you’re physically much better and you have more energy in everyday life. With time it will always be easier to eat

Sometimes helps to sleep well but get up very early and then leave breakfast always. Then I get hungry in the afternoon. That’s enough for me.
