Healthy street food and healthy, delicious food?

I'm 14, male, and want to lose weight. I'm probably not that good at cooking, and I'm on my own until Tuesday, so I won't be eating my parents' cooked meals. Is cigar kofte and a doner kebab (chicken) with salad another option? Ayran for a drink? I'm not sure about the doner kebab, because of the fat in the yogurt and the same goes for Ayran, and the salt in Ayran. But I can't eat it every day. Do you know any other healthy, tasty dishes I can make at home for my parents?

For the 4 days you can eat all this quietly. That’s not what it is now. Eat a lot of vegetables. You don’t have to cook. Clean vegetables, cut small and cook with some salt and water in a pot with lid for 10 minutes. Or to prepare in a dish or pan.

Try something like a bowl with rice, chicken and a curry sauce
