Gesundes Mittagessen High Carbs low fat?
Hallo ,
Ich weiß nicht was ich mir zu Essen machdn soll. Das Essen sollte ca 900 bis 1000 kcal haben und max 10g Fett und ca 30 bis 40g Eiweiß und sehr sehr viele Kohlenhydrate am besten wäre es noch wenn nur bisschen oder kein Fleisch drin wäre . Hättet ihr Ideen?

I know, last in my remaining food already has 42 grams and I try to take on about 20% of my diet from fat so daily I eat about 52g or a little more fat.
