Lose weight healthily and sustainably as a teenager?

Hey!

I am female, 15 years old, just under 1.60m tall and weigh 56kg.

I know I'm at a normal weight, but I'd still like to lose a little weight.

Now to my question:

How many calories should I eat to lose weight healthily? I'm still a student, of course, so my energy expenditure isn't that high.

I try to do a 10-20 minute workout every day and have tried using every calculator online to calculate my calorie deficit. But I always get a different result, and that kind of unsettles me because I'm afraid I might be eating too little, which would just slow down my metabolism and not lead to weight loss. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks in advance!

you have IDEAL weight.

wanting to lose weight is a concern. just because you are still in development, it would be harmful to lose weight.

maintain weight and grow 3cm would be the healthy alternative.
