Lose weight healthily and go on a diet?

Hello everyone 😊

Unfortunately, I am overweight and therefore have health problems

(F/1.52/17/95 kg)

I desperately want to lose weight and want to go on a diet and go jogging or cycling. Can anyone recommend a good diet? Of course, it would be good if I didn't gain the weight back after I finished the diet. And how often and for how long should I jog per week? I have enough time. Unfortunately, I sometimes lack the motivation, but I can regain it with help from friends.

(I gained so much weight from the birth control pill, but I've already changed it and my gynaecologist said I'll stay at that weight and have to lose it)

Diets. Yes, nutrition is the most important point. All diets are good or better than what made you so thick. It doesn’t matter if you want to go more in the vegetarian direction or eat more meat. All these diet recipes do not include fast-use carbohydrates, so on sugar and white flour products. Mainly, your foods are as natural as possible. I was able to take off very well, for example, with wholemeal. This lasts very long before without increasing the insulin level. Today I’m more on meat. Also works very well, but unfortunately is expensive. Advantage: it tastes good and you can eat as much as you want. All supplements such as potatoes, rice or noodles must of course be omitted. Only salads and vegetables are allowed. In other diets, you have to pay attention to calories.

Sports. Don’t worry. Jogging will not be fun with your data. Bikes don’t drive either. It’s important to keep you moving. That’s enough, homework and maybe still gymnastics at home. You have to do something all day.

Setting. You don’t have to suffer, just be smart and be patient. It can take years to get a good weight. Today, many people eat five times a day or even more often when you add small snacks. That’s all but healthy. You can pamper yourself. Eat (e.g.) only from midday, stay with two meals. Google Interval fasting! It’s very helpful. Don’t be afraid. Your body has to get used to burning its own fat. He’s lost it. If you’re going to starve, it’s going to go back. If he can do it again, the removal becomes easy and goes as by himself.

In itself, I’m not a fan of diets.

Make your diet permanently and not just for a short period of time. Is a lot healthier and prevents a jojo effect.

Low calorie:

Rice and chicken liver (500g frozen – 12 hours sour) with onion.

Cook rice.

3 onions dice and fry.

Add the liver with salt and add fried onions – pour with water and simmer. After 30 min. connect with sosenbinder.

Serve.

Chickens with rice, peas/tubes, champions and campigonsose.

Cook chicken legs in slightly salted water, then remove the bones and cut small.

Start slowly.
it doesn’t make 5 times a week sport if you don’t have a jack anymore in the next.
1 to 2 per week.

Calculate your daily consumption and eats 300-500 kcal less per day. so you take constant and healthy.

for sport I would recommend “power sports”. or muscle structure.
the more muscle you have, the more kcal burns the body in sleep.
but make fun of yourself. has more success and how blessed, that is happening in the kitchen.

A good method is fasting the interval. If you do not eat 16 hours, and during the day you may eat 8 hours relatively normal (also not excessively much, and not just knabber kram). This method works for most people. Sport has never worked for me when taking off honestly, but tend to run round can definitely not hurt, but is also generally super for your general health if it does not help with decreasing

All weird things like fasting at intervals are the greatest. Sport like jogging you don’t even have to make it necessarily but can help make it just Dan who you want and have time. The only thing you need to do is drive a calorie deficit. Recree what your calorie needs and drive Dan a moderate deficit so that you can decrease healthyly.

Yes, but I found it more pleasant to eat normally and not to pay attention to the calories, but to do without a certain number of hours including sleep. I think everyone has their own better method. Both will not harm πŸ™‚

I wouldn’t consider running first. Season – are you really going through this? For the joints with overweight also not optimal.

Make muscle build training / workout. The more muscle you have, the higher your basic turnover. So you burn faster or more calories.

(This is not supposed to mean that you need to see the muscles.)

It also helps you tighten your body more than running.

There are different models. It is about eating a certain number of hours a day and fasting the rest. I did the 16/8 model. Have eaten 8 hours a day (as healthy as possible) and 16 hours (including sleep). You can choose the time yourself when you start, depending on when you want to breakfast in the morning. Can googlen after the different models and see how exactly you should do this:) have taken without suffering. In between (every day) also a spoon tinted
