Red face while exercising?
Dear community,
I'm aware that your face gets red when you exercise, but for me, it's really excessive. I always get red like a tomato, and it looks horrible. I hate it. Is there a way to get rid of this "redness" on my face, or are there tricks to reduce it? Does anyone have experience/knowledge of this?
