Geschwollenes Zahnfleisch Zahnspange?
Hallo. Ich habe seit 2 jahren eine Zahnspange und bekomme sie bald runter
Das problem… ich hab geschwollenes zahnfleisch. Es geht einfach nicht weg. Ich putze meine zähne lang und gründlich, geh zwischen den brackets und zwischen bracket und zahnfleisch mit diesen kleinen Bürsten durch und nutze auch Mundspülung.Ich putze zahn und zahnfleisch (hab elektrische Zahnbürste). Trotzdem ohne erfolg. Es tut nicht weh es fängt nur zu bluten an und ist halt geschwollen. Was kann ich dagegen tun weil es muss weg da es ja im weg ist wenn ich den durchsichtigen retainer bekomme.
(Putze übrigens seit 2 wochen noch intensiver und es hilft nichts)

Hello,
either your cleaning technique is wrong, you push too strong and the gum is constantly irritated. Or the gum has ignited, that can also be the cleaning technique, lack of oral hygiene and a thousand other things.
I assume that this will remain until the braces get out and then your dentist may look after them.
The retainer rail can be worked out in such a way that it covers only the teeth and does not touch the gum.
