Swollen calves after ice skating?
Hello,
My boyfriend and I went ice skating two days ago. We've noticed that we both have swollen and sometimes hard calves. So, the question is: Could this be caused by ice skating? And has anyone ever heard of or seen this before? I can't find anything about it online. However, I can't think of any other explanation, because if it's caused by something else, it would have to be a complete coincidence, since we both have it at the same time. I personally have never experienced anything like this before (it was also my first time ice skating).

Thank you, but we don’t really have muscle cats.. our calves are just swollen and a little hard. Or is that somehow related?
