What is the speed limit after a 30kmh restriction through an S-bend, if after that there are about 100m of straight roads and then another bend?
On both sides of the S-curve, there are 30 km/h signs with the S-curve symbol. After that, there are none. If you're coming from the other direction, you'll only see the 30 km/h sign from the S-curve onward.

Nach deiner Beschreibung würde ich annehemen, dass die 30 km/h nur für die Doppelkurve gelten, nicht für die Kurve dahinter.
Die VwV-StVO besagt zu Zeichen 105:
In deinem Fall fehlt das Zusatzzeichen, also wird die Behörde mit dem Gefahrzeichen “Doppelkurve” tatsächlich nur die ersten zwei Kurven gemeint haben.
Gemäß Anlage 2 lfd. Nr. 55 StVO endet die Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung mit dem Ende der im Gefahrzeichen dargestellten Gefahr. Das ist in diesem Fall das Ende der Doppelkurve (also mangels Längen-Zusatzzeichens nicht erst das Ende der dritten Kurve).
Dass aus der anderen Richtung das 30-Schild nicht schon bei der ersten Kurve, sondern erst bei der Doppelkurve steht, ist für dich zwar nicht direkt relevant, unterstreicht aber, dass die Behörde wohl nur die Doppelkurve in der Geschwindigkeit beschränken wollte.
