There would be a question of what the bank’s compliance rules allow without providing the lady with unnecessary difficulties. A box of chocolates or a bottle of wine, for less than 10 € and a few thank you words on a map, should probably go fine. Maybe you better leave it with a few personal thanks words. In the end, the lady only did her job and made sure that you are satisfied as customers. No need to embarrass her.

If you don’t know them personally – flowers and chocolates or really good chocolate

I assume that bank employees are not allowed to accept anything from customers

the flowers, can then set them up in the break room or in the bank and as sweets share with colleagues

I’d try to find out what flowers and premises she loves. Then get an appropriate bouquet.

lovingly place them on the chocolates. Another picolo.

You can’t really give her something. She can accept a box of chocolates or something. In addition, it would be prohibited.

The same as the baker who used to transfer ownership to the semmals.

Bouquet.

It’s her job to get involved for the customers.

I’d ask. Whether she can take it.

But basically this is her job and you are the customer. You can expect a proper use

How cool, I asked my husband yesterday because they all made it possible for us!

I had thought of classic gift baskets or wine, scented candles, floral cutlery for the office.

Male says, “Don’t be, that’s their job. No one gives me anything.”….naja…

right he has your husband – but you can still give an attention – I think the present basket and wine are somewhat exaggerated

Yeah?
So I got a bottle of wine (of course with their logo, but hey), a decorative object and a scented candle for the “Glücksucht” from our real estate woman 😀

I also envoy her…she was quite young and fresh in the profession, but is still totally there today, we can always write her, she also asks for small successes at the house (house of 1920, last renovated in the 60/70s) – full service 🙂

The banker receives the sales commission, she should give you a presentation.
