Salted string beans are too salty?

I bought a bag of salted and sliced string beans from a farmer's market. The beans have been in the fridge for about three weeks, and today I made a stew with them, but everything just tastes salty. I cooked the beans with potatoes, carrots, and onions, drained the water twice, and added a cup of cream. It's still inedible.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of the salt? How else could I have used the beans?

raw potato can help.

In the future, rinse beans with hot water, then the problem should no longer occur the next time.

You should have watered the beans before cooking. So “wash” several times with fresh water, like the sour wort from the barrel.

salted food can be eaten by cooking with a raw potato, probably not = waste
