Germany ticket gone?

Hello, my problem is the following:

I was on my way to work yesterday, on the way to the bus stop I checked my ticket and it was still there.

When I got to the bus stop, it suddenly disappeared. I logged into DB Navigator and refreshed it several times, but unfortunately, it hasn't reappeared. Even when I try to re-register, it still can't find the ticket. What can I do? Please provide helpful feedback.

I can only advise not to order the ticket via DB and DB Navigator, so there are too many problems. But that doesn't help you for the current month.

My recommendation is Germany ticket app .
