Depends.

If the person himself is a consumer of the drug taken away, I would say no. At least if this is the only action you take.
You don’t do a favor to the person, even if you might say it well. The mere seizure of the drug will not stop the person from consuming and will intensify them in more troubles as she wants to come to new stuff.

It doesn’t work. A addiction can only be overcome if the person wants/supports it.

The question should be: Are there any side effects on withdrawal? – Dependents should not necessarily take away their “substance” because sometimes there can be dangerous withdrawal symptoms.

You better get the addicts to go to a detox.

Don’t worry about anything

I think so. If you do it with a stranger, I think it’s kind of weird because it’s his health.

Actually, it would be theft of an illegal substance. If you take it on you, you own anesthetic and make yourself punishable in addition to the theft.

No. It’s not. The meth is owned by another person. Taking away theft would be neither legal nor morally acceptable.

It is also not your task to decide who takes drugs. Drug use is not punishable and the consumption of other people is only a matter for you when it comes to you directly.

It is morally reasonable to take it away from any person.

Of course. Why shouldn’t that be morally acceptable?

Because it’s theft? If theft were morally reasonable, it would also be morally reasonable to take away your wallet.

I’m taking drugs away from him, it’s his best. And once again, drugs are illegal.

Not every drug

Do you see that with legal drug?
