Georgien Demonstration Eu?
Hallo wie sicherlich einige von euch mitbekommen haben finden seit 1 Monat anti Regierungs Demos in georgien statt.
Da die Regierung erklärt habe das sie bis 2028 keine beitrittsgespärche mit der EU führen will auch wird die Regierungspartei Georgischer Traum als russlandfreundlich und anti westlich gesehen.
Die meisten Georgier wollen jedoch ein pro westliches pro europäischen Kurs für ihren Land und sind gegen den russischen Einfluss im Land.
Allerdings gibt es auch die Befürchtung das Georgien so wie die Ukraine enden könnte wenn es sich vom Einfluss Russlands entferne und sich der EU annähernd.
Ich war vor 1 Monat zum ersten Mal für 1 woche in georgien genau zu dem Zeitpunkt wo die Demonstration begannen und finde seit dem das Thema hochinteressant.
Was ist eure Meinung zu dem ganzen ?
Haltet ihr es für eine gute Idee wenn Georgien der EU beitritt oder ehr gefährlich ? Weil das Land ja somit in das Risiko reinläuft Russland zu verärgern .

I think the Georgians are fighting for their freedom. And it is above all the young and educated people who want to get rid of Russian imperialism.
In the Baltics I noticed three years ago how close relations with Georgia are. Also there the Russians did not go voluntarily. Nevertheless, the citizens were able to prevail.
I wish these brave people success. They would be an enrichment of Europe with their courage. In any case, this would not be a peasant who, like the Hungarians, want to take off only accredited pots and want nothing to do.
The more people are deprived of the iron grip of the Kremlin, the better for freedom and democracy in Europe.
