Are canned vegetables still healthy?

Hello folks.
I like to eat vegetables and often mix them into rice or something similar.
Now I don't always have frozen vegetables at home, but I always have canned goods like this.
Do canned vegetables actually contain vitamins? Is it still nutritious, or is it completely useless and just filling the stomach?

How do you see this?

As vitamins there are usually B, A, S, F in.

This is boiled dead and fertilized with preservatives.

Maybe there is some vitamin C in tomatoes, otherwise all E additives are safe.

Canned vegetables are not boiled dead, not even pumped with preservatives, is not necessary at all, cans and boiled glasses are long lasting. without that

There’s a lot of salt and sugar in there.

Not noticed. You’re good, real. You say something without looking at it. Unbelievable.

That’s not true. Fruit is almost always made with abundant sugar, even peas and carrots have added sugar. I have them standing here!!!!

Grape white, loses fruit/ vegetables through making/pasteurizing etc.

It looks different if it is frozen directly after the harvest.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the quality of the product.

I still prefer imported from the garden in front of the TK supermarket product.

No, and compared to frozen products, they are even more expensive. They lose more vitamins and often have added substances such as salt or sugar. Exceptions are good dose tomatoes.

Yes canned vegetables are clear, but the vitamins are then destroyed during heating. TK and fresh are much better than vegetables from the can but you can definitely eat that.

It has naturally vitamins. It is not comparable with TK vegetables. TK vegetables even have more vitamins than freshly bought. Because it is shock-frost right after the harvest.
