Gemischte oder Damen-Sauna?
Ich bin gestern unabsichtlich das 1. Mal in der Damensauna gewesen. Sehr entspannt, irgendwie eine ganz andere Atmophäre!

If I had the choice, I’d rather go to the ladies’ sauna. But it doesn’t matter to go to the mixed sauna.
I’ve always been. Have you ever been in a pure ladies’ sauna? Did you notice a difference?

Yeah, right. There is more talk, the women are less cramped or decorated.
The women were extremely loose and open yesterday. There have been great talks.
I don’t care. Once sauna, always sauna. The main sauna. I even complained to the city about discrimination as a man, because the introduction of a pure lady’s day made women available more hours a week.
Now, in the gym, it’s always mixed.
As a man, I wouldn’t have a problem being in a ladies’ sauna…
I’m always in the mixed. When thinking of a pure men’s sauna, I would have a little fear that it is not just “warm” because of the sauna oven.
I didn’t notice that a woman in a mixed sauna had anything to fear. Usually there are so many other visitors that nothing can happen secretly.
As a younger woman, I have already had to make unpleasant experiences in the sauna, yet as well as always in the mixed saunas I have to wrap a towel.
Something never happened to me, so I never feared anything. I just noticed yesterday that women are very different, much more relaxed. There is no need to bear a suitcase and try not to give them any insights. You are not taxed, compared. There were very easy conversations that might not arise from shame or consideration for men.
I’ll take both. usually go into the lady sauna when there is infusion and less than in the mixed loose.

not really. comes on old. when only young people are annoying me sometimes that they don’t stop chatting. I prefer the omis.
Yes, I also think that there is a much more relaxed atmosphere in the women’s sauna.
Quiet is important to me. In the hen itself I clash with or dazzle it from 🙂
My own sauna. Still the most relaxed and best atmosphere. Own music, own pillows, own infusion.
I really don’t care.
