Because you slowly but surely destroy your joints. You push gas out of the joint. The joint then levitates and it forms water in the joint. Late sequences are joint pain and gout. With 60 you can no longer make a finger cripple in pain. This is not a training to preserve the body. This is self-destruction. You’ll regret it if you can’t sleep overnight in pain.

Who can read is clear in advantage. It says, “Gelenken leiern aus.” What I know about it told me smart heads. Teachers, doctors and injured have formed my opinion and knowledge. At some point deposits form in the joints, or water or you get osteoarthritis. Then the joint no longer slides. Then rub it and hurt.

The joints are broken. You can’t fix it or train it away. Dead cartilage cells no longer grow.

You could ask an orthopaedic to do this. He knows a lot better about it. As far as I know, you can’t do anything against joint wear. There is already a means against it. Salamander cartilage or something. There hasn’t been that before.
