Money stuck in ATM?
Hello, it was my birthday recently and something stupid happened to me. I deposited €360 into my account (without counting beforehand), but the notes deformed in the machine when the flap closed and the machine swallowed my money. Luckily this happened 20 minutes before closing time. I immediately called an employee who then locked the machine. He asked me how much € I had deposited, but I didn't know exactly how much it was because I was such an idiot and didn't count it. So I told him around €200-250. The employee then searched for the money in the machine for four hours and then credited me with €200.30. By chance, I took a video of all the money on my birthday evening and counted it in the video. It wasn't €200-250 like I told him, but €360. That's a difference of €160 that's now missing from my account. Can I still get the remaining money that wasn't credited? There were cameras recording the transaction. By the way, I'm a customer of Vereinigte Volksbank.
So you’re your own fault, but if you say it was 360 and still know when you paid it and the camera that recorded 360 exactly like that, you get the rest still well written, otherwise not.
What’s that? Where are you going to get 30 cents from an ATM? That can’t be true.
Did you get a vending machine? There’s the amount booked on it and actually have to You confirm the amount paid… something doesn’t fit your story. 🤷
The money was credited to me by the bank after that.
I put the money in it, it trembled because it was in the purse, and the machine then locked up and my card spent
Okay, that sounds “normal.” Gruss
