Get your money back from Gazprom shares?

Hello Community,

I bought Gazprom shares about 3 years ago.

A total of 25 pieces.

I couldn't sell these because of the Ukraine war because trading had stopped.

I've now looked at my portfolio and it shows a value of 0 euros, before I was shown the old purchase price.

How can I get the money from the shares back now?

There must be a way, I couldn't find anything on the internet.

They can't just block the money and then take it away.

The situation has changed more often. Currently, it seems that the ADRs are worthless without much effort. You should open an account/depot in Russia to get the deposited shares posted.

And the value should have been in the depot for 1.5 years.

As long as it is not admitted to trading again, the money is initially lost. So that can last forever. Best to write first.

25 shares aren’t a big amount, so it’s quite merciable!

A friend of mine has invested €20,000 in it shortly before the stock exchange.

He said this is going to be spoiled, because we may not see the stock exchange listing anymore!
