Geld auf falsche IBAN überwiesen?
Moin,
ich habe für meinen Umzug einen Kredit aufgenommen. Um meine Kosten besser im Blick zu haben habe ich 2 Konten. Nun wollte ich ein teil des Geldes auf mein zweites Konto überweisen und habe aus versehen die falsche IBAN angegeben und das Geld an das Konto wo ich mein Geld von dem Kredit her habe überwiesen. Nun ist die meine Frage wie ich wieder an mein Geld komme? Ich meine gesetzlich steht mir die Kohle ja zu. Meine Bank hat bereits einen Recall versuch gestartet. Dieser war allerdings nicht erfolgreich. Nun habe ich mich an die betroffene Bank gewandt. Diese müssten das Geld ja eig problemlos wieder zurücküberweisen können da die transaktion ja keinem Kredit zugeordnet werden kann oder? Oder meint ihr ich habe jetzt unfreiwillig über die hälfte von meinem Kredit direkt getilgt? 🙁

Something like this has happened to me and since then I have basically taken half an hour for each transfer.
How long did it last until you recovered the money? I hope so. I have my right to the money. I’m just afraid they’ll see this as a special extermination. That would be stupid because I didn’t accept the loan for free and the move was actually a bit more expensive than 1500€
You need to register a special cancellation?!

Deutsche Bank and Postbank aren’t well looking at the comments at Banking Supervision BaFin to which I even think supervised right now.
Yeah, that’s my hope that they’ll just transfer it. But finding the right contact person at the post office if you don’t have an account is more difficult than I thought 😀
