Probably you have so much vomit that your stomach is completely empty and the gall is. Go to the doctor again, the reason for vomiting must be clarified

This is quite normal to vomit yellow when the stomach is completely empty. This is freshly formed gastric secretion. Galle cannot be, because the bile bladder is in the small intestine, not in the stomach.

Do not worry about the yellow – stomach secretion is always formed even if the stomach is empty. I find it worse that the vomiting lasts 5 days.
