Geigen- und Klaviermusik?

Anne-Sophie Mutter (a very famous violin soloist in classical classical music) has made a whole album with film music titles by John Williams, which he has adapted for violin (if, as with Schindler’s list, it was not already written for violin anyway). The album is called “Across the Stars” and contains (besides the theme from Schindler’s list) pieces from Star Wars, Harry Potter, Die Geisha, Dracula and others. Absolutely listening!

Also with music by John Williams there is an album “Themes and Transcriptions for Piano”; played by Simone Pedroni. In addition to Schindler’s list, Star Wars and Harry Potter, there are also pieces from “Die Bücherdiebin” or “Lincoln”.
