The comma is even necessary, otherwise the meaning can change.

The comma separates the ancillary phrase, which was “if” extended by “also”, from the main sentence.

Otherwise, the main and secondary rates would rather be formulated as follows:

“Don’t do it if you’re like that.” This changes the meaning of the sentence.

Two commas are not necessary.
