Salary mini-job?

Hello,

I've spoken to my employer and would like to request a higher salary than the €12 per hour (minimum wage). The store where I work is a newer one and relatively open to personal requests.

What is a realistic (and fair for both of us, of course) salary that I could ask for?

  1. What are you doing for a job?
  2. Why do you want more money? WAS stands out from the circle of colleagues, can you demonstrate certain successes?

Just the reasoning: More than a minimum wage does not attract. In addition, this will be increased anyway on 01.01.2024… tactically, it is currently unwise to ask for a wage increase.

This depends on what you work and how important you are for your employer. This makes practically your amrk value.

Require 15, get 14!

You will hardly believe it: even a mini-job is part-time before the law. The only thing that distinguishes him from a normal job is his tax and social insurance assessment.

If you do good work, it’s just right and cheap that you can also negotiate good money for it.

the higher the wage, the less hours may work.

lies with the boss. You just have a minijob.
