Gehalt aushandeln?

You never ask for his salary in nice, because the employer can’t make sure you get it that way.

Gross details, otherwise you don’t even consider yourself.

And if the place is shown as having about 2100 € gross, you will realistically not make 3200 € gross + it out

No employer gives his salary in net.

This is because this can change considerably depending on the tax class.

Gross jumping from 2100€ > ~3100€ is very undamaged and gives the chance to 99% increase immediately to be rejected.

In addition, wages and salaries are always quoted in gross at 99%…you say to the staffer you want to work net for 2100€ this proves to be clearly disinformation and doubles the chance to be rejected again.

You can ask for everything.

The 2.100 Euros you want nice but should be unrealistic.

If you’re lucky, you’ll get 100 euros in the gross salary, which would be 2,200 euros.

But with your undamaged demand you should flash from the outset

I only wrote my opinion on this, which does not have to be identical to your opinion.

If you don’t want to read other opinions, you don’t have to ask.

If you don’t have enough pay, you don’t have to work for this employer.

If it were totally bad, that would be about 3300 gross
