Gedrucktes vom 3D Drucker löst sich. Warum?
Filament: PLA / Druckbett: 60 ̊C / Düse: 215 ̊C / Drucker: PrusaMINI
Kann mir irgendjemand weiterhelfen?
I recommend 60 degrees for the bed and 200 degrees for the nozzle. Also, see if the bed is exactly leveled, with my Anycubic you have to re-level it again and again because this changes due to temperature and vibration.
Clean the pressure bed after any pressure with isopropyl alcohol (70% should be sufficient), removes fat and ensures greater adhesion.
Hope I could help
It’s been a lot with me. Would use an adhesive spray.
215 degrees is even a bit too hot. Play a little with the temperatures.
You can also try another filament (other brand).

LG 😊
On the filament roll, the nozzle should have a temperature of plus minus 10 ̊C 215 degrees and the heating bed 50
Pressure bed 60 degrees should fit. Try only 190 or 200 degrees at the nozzle. It may be that it is otherwise too liquid and does not cool fast enough.
Thank you, I’ll try. However, it has worked until today (12.2.2023). Why doesn’t it work at once?
I can’t answer that now, but I know those sudden problems that weren’t before. It’s sometimes like that.
LG 😊
In principle, we use an adhesion promoter for each pressure. There are 3DLAC or Dimafix, which are really good and also deaf. Since we use adhesion promoters, we have hardly any problems with adhesion, and if so, the plate is cleaned with IPA and fresh adhesion promoter is applied. Save a few euros, lots of curses and experimentation.
