Hello!
I have a Wizz Air flight where I would like to change the name because someone else is flying. The change fee is €60. Is there a way to get these fees refunded or reduced? It's along the lines of "According to the European Court of Justice (judgment of July 6, 2017 in Case C-290/16), a processing fee is invalid."
