Gebühr für die Ermahnung (Fahrerlaubnis) bezahlen?
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe nun leider 4 Punkte im Fahreignungsregister und habe heute eine Ermahnung deswegen bekommen. Das Amt ist scheinbar dazu verpflichtet diese Ermahnung ab 4 Punkten zu senden.
Die Ermahnung hat eine insgesamte Gebühr von 23€, die ich tragen muss.
Nun ist meine Frage, ob ich wirklich verpflichtet bin, diese Gebühr zu bezahlen? Ich habe bei jedem Punkt das jeweilige Bußgeld und Verwaltungsgebühren bezahlt…ich habe nie nach einer Ermahnung gebeten oder gefordert. Die schicken die Ermahnung doch quasi freiwillig aus eigenem Interesse. Wieso muss ich dann die Gebühr dafür tragen. Es ist ja kein neuer Verstoß o.Ä.
23€ sind nicht viel Geld, aber mir geht es ums Prinzip. Ich bezahle jede Ordnungswidrigkeit, aber wieso denn eine Ermahnung?!
Ich hoffe, es kennt sich jemand bei diesem Thema aus und kann mir eine Antwort geben.
(Und ja, ich weiß, dass ich selbst Schuld bin wegen den 4 Punkten)
