Gebrauchtwagenkauf im Auftrag des eigentlichen Besitzers? Könnte das ein Problem sein?
Könnte es ein Problem sein, wenn das Auto welche ich kaufe nicht vom eigentlichen Besitzer sondern im Auftrag von einer anderen Person verkauft wird?
Im Inserat steht nur “Biete hier im Auftrag…”. Ich gehe also davon aus die Verkäuferin nicht der eigentliche Besitzer des Autos ist, sonder es eben im Auftrag verkauft.
Ob das jetzt einfach nur die Mutter der Verkäuferin ist oder in welcher Beziehung sie zum eigentlichen Besitzer steht weiß ich nicht.
