Gebrauchte waffe zurückgeben?
Hallo, ich möchte mir eine 0.22 Kaliber kaufen und die in einem halben Jahr zurückgeben. Die ist bereits gebraucht und kostet 200 Euro. Kann ich die dann überhaupt noch zurückgeben und wie viel würde ich geschätzt bekommen? Waffe wird natürlich gepflegt. Warum ich sie zurück geben will? Ich möchte mir in einem halben Jahr eine 9mm kaufen und kann das aber erst in einem halben Jahr wegen dem Waffenschein. (Lebe in Österreich, 0.22 Kaliber ist ohne Waffenschein erlaubt) danke für alle antworten und einen schönen Tag 🙂

You can sell them if you don’t want them anymore. Finding a buyer for this is your problem, the previous owner is not obliged to buy something from you “back”.

A private seller can take this back, but it doesn’t have to.
In the 22lr caliber, only single-core long weapons without wbk are in principle.
You can’t give it back. There is no legal right to return. You’d have to make a contract separate when buying, but what dealer does that agree?
