Caught speeding during your probationary period? What are the consequences?

While driving to school today, I think I was caught speeding (but I'm not sure; maybe I wasn't). And if I was caught, it was at most 10 km/h over the limit, and probably even less. But if I was caught, can you tell me what the consequences would be?

Is it flashing during the trial period? What consequences does that have?

Depending on the specific situation, you can check here yourself:

There are computers for the various violations (distance, speed but also parking, alcohol etc.)

The possible consequences are already an answer here. In addition, I would like you to (probably) have committed a B offense. This is not dramatic, but you should leave it. You can afford one more, but then it’s so slow. This is because an A violation of the B violations will inevitably result in sampling time measures. This can – must not – even lead to a driving ban in the event of a next violation. This happens depending on what you’ve done at the first time, but it can still happen. So keep the feet quiet….

Quote from the Internet:

20 km/h to Much a fine of 60 Euros perish on the tacho. From 21 to 40 km/h fines up to 200 euros and 1 point in Flensburg are due. Over 41 km/h to fast means fines between 320 and 700 euros, 2 points in Flensburg and driving ban.

So if you weren’t on the road for more than 20 km/h, it won’t happen much.

At 10 km/h too much, possibly nothing.
