Flashed on exit?
Hello,
Unfortunately, I was caught speeding today when exiting a federal highway.
The speed limit on the federal highway is 100 km/h. At the exit, it appears to be reduced to 60 km/h. (Image attached; the speed camera is supposed to represent the red dot.)
Now I was caught speeding there at probably around 85 km/h and unfortunately I'm still on probation.
Is it even legal to use speed cameras there? In driving school, I learned that you should only brake on the exit lane to avoid disrupting the flow of traffic on the main road. Logically, though, I can't just slow down to 60 km/h there…
Is it possible that the speed camera was taken from the exit onto the federal highway, rather than the exit directly? What penalty can I expect otherwise?
The photo does not show how the flasher was aligned.
It could either be oriented towards the high-speed road or on the bend track and in both cases it would be at this point.
Maybe you were lucky, and on the highway, jmd. was flashed.
If the flasher had been aligned to the bending track, then you were too fast because the speed limit from the sign, that is, with the bending.
If you want to turn right you have the speed limit from the 60th sign
This can’t be because you’d have to drive on the highway 60 where the other 100 drives.
Where is it that you have to drive 100 if you only have to drive 60 trucks
That’s a problem. According to your answer, 60 from the sign applies. It’s still on the highway. So there would be unmediated braking and an increased risk of accident. So either your answer is not correct or the shield is not correct.
Of course, if I’m not allowed to drive with 100 on the deceleration strip, I have to brake you before you construct a problem where none is
The question is not raised here.
And what do you do if there’s no delay?
Will you turn off with 100?
That’s exactly what I think. I can’t slow down where everybody’s 100.
It would lead to unmediated braking. So dangerous. This has nothing to do with trucks.
The 60 are applied to the delay strip. If you were on this one, you can be flashed.
I’ve been flashed in the rehearsal. Unless I had to pay punishment, nothing happened. But I live in Austria, I don’t know how this is with you.
It is allowed to flash wherever there is a road and a speed limit. You’ve had enough time to throttle on 60, and that’s starting on the highway. That’s why the blinker is here. You turn it on, and your backman can go to the overhaul lane when there’s free ride.
You don’t need to worry about it, the flasher, at the point marked, is aligned with the main runway. The “60” applies to the exit, but at the beginning you are still on the finishing strip. Here you should adjust your speed. The sign in the combination is a reference to the “60” applicable in the exit.
Are you sure? Directly after the finishing strip, a curve with a renewed limit of 30 km/h comes. Thus, the 60 only makes sense on the eagle strip.
I couldn’t know that with the “30” sign. So it probably means it for the right descending “60”. In principle, yes, the corresponding speed has to be maintained already on the shield. Whether it really is possible to enforce it legally is questionable. Since a higher speed is allowed on the main runway, surprising braking maneuvering occurs. It’s from local inquiries.
If you get mail, please go to a traffic law lawyer.
The 60 km/h is only one Annunciation to speed N the bend.
In this case, a car also applies after the sign a maximum of 100 km/h (except before another speed limit was signposted).

The additional symbol 1000-21 is a Annunciation the speed limit to 60 km/h and says exactly this.
Perhaps the one who does not mean this is different, but does not change what this ZZ means under the speed limit.
The lightning is right there. A curve may be after the exit. It’s slower.
The Flasher is right
now the question is in the room, on which road was the lightning directed; on the bend, you were also on the bend, you were too fast, ham se you caught
how fast you were is in the letter box next time.
straight ahead were 100 allowed
