GDB lump sum attachable?

Hello,

I have a GDB (German Federal Income Tax Act), and the documents stated that I would receive a flat-rate tax deduction. I'm not really familiar with this.

I am still in insolvency for a few months and wanted to know whether the GDB flat rate can be seized for tax purposes or whether the refund will flow into the insolvency.

And yes, for some people it might seem like a stupid question, or perhaps logical. But unfortunately, for me it's not, because I don't know anything about it.

At least stay friendly.

Thanks for the answers.

All about the attachment set is Pfändbar.

And your contact person is your insolvency administrator who gets the money by the last day.

Well, it’s not basically all puffy. e.g. certain social benefits are not measurable that has already been confirmed in writing. That’s why I ask.

And my insolvency administrator is my contact, I also know. If you answered me, I wouldn’t have asked.

I’m asking because I want to know if someone already has experiences.

The bank can’t know what to do. Everything’s automatic.
All about the sentence is taken to the administrator.
Then I’d call. She’s good for you.

Then complain to your competent insolvency court, with all the information.

Okay, I didn’t know that. So I’ve done everything about a lawyer who has done things wrong because after a year I got some reminders, then the insolvency administrator told me not to send the letter to the lawyer, but your…

Right.
Banking processes run automatically. No more than 50 years ago, an employee has to check every transfer. Also puffs.
Either the bank will automatically return the deposit amounts to your administrator. Or the bank will write to your administrator if they can release it or return it.

So I have to tell the insolvency administrator every time I know it can’t be handled? Shouldn’t they know that certain things should not be plucked?

My insolvency administrator hasn’t reported for 3 months despite several emails and calls.

A tax package only affects your tax burden. If you don’t pay taxes anyway, you won’t get paid. What are you gonna do?

I didn’t get the 300€ Corona package either. This was attributed to the insolvency. That’s why I ask.
