We are currently setting up a GbR – hosting a few websites and we expect (initially) little to no revenue.
Is it really necessary to store this minimal activity in compliance with the German Data Protection Act (GOBD)? Such solutions cost a certain amount of money each month. Or, based on experience, is a properly managed DMS sufficient?
