A good friend of mine and I would like to become self-employed and set up a GbR.
He is currently employed and I am a student.
I've already completed my 20 hours per week, which I'm allowed to work during my studies, because I work part-time. Is it still possible to register in a GbR without losing my student status and the associated benefits? (child benefit, etc.)
