Gastronomy/reopening after vacation must be postponed?

Hi everyone, I run two snack bars and unfortunately have to postpone my reopening after the holiday season by one week. The reason: The staff unfortunately didn't get a flight because the travel agency made a mistake, and the earliest flight is during the week.
