You won’t have a guarantee or you would have received an e-mail. There is usually no guarantee on shoes.

A guarantee, but probably not your case. You cannot prove that this is a manufacturing error. Could be that you ruined it, too.

Shoes are usually not guaranteed.

#Irrrtum, get to the company. I often buy my shoes at Lunge, so I’ve already brought back shoes after 6 months and got new ones because inside a glue has dissolved

Hello,

you definitely have warranty on the pair of shoes. Because in Germany you have two years of warranty on articles you buy. Within the first twelve months after purchase, the reversal of the burden of proof takes place according to §477 BGB. This means that in the case of an error occurring within the first twelve months, it is assumed that this error was already present when buying. These are then generally manufacturing or material defects.

I’d call the dealer and show the defect first. If they cross (which is unfortunately often the case), then simply argue with the corresponding paragraphs. Because you’re right and you don’t have to prove anything, but the manufacturer. This is usually not possible 🙂

Just write down, I got money at newbalance once after a half year

You have warranty claims for material and processing errors. See info

Warranty (non-guarantee) only if there is a processing error.

I don’t think it’s possible to see that glue dissolves. Not after a year.

You should have documented that before.

You should’ve been complaining in the beginning.

But I don’t want to stop you – just try to see if they’re iconic…

Only after 12 months. In the first 12 months, the legislation assumes that the defect already existed in the event of a risk transfer.
