Habe mir im Oktober letztes Jahr Schuhe gekauft, der Kleber hat sich nun vorne gelöst. Weiß jemand ob da Garantie draufwirkt? Hab bei Pro direct bestellt. Würde mich freuen wenn das jemand weiß, finde dazu nichts.

Der Maxi Cosi wurde von uns nur wenige Wochen benutzt und dann weiter veräußert. Den haben wir ebenfalls gebraucht “wie neu” bei Kleinanzeigen gekauft. Jetzt einige Wochen später meldet sich die Käuferin mit den Fotos von einem mit Klebestreifen überklebten Riss unter dem Bezug und möchte das Geld zurück. Wie am besten verhalten?

you definitely have warranty on the pair of shoes. Because in Germany you have two years of warranty on articles you buy. Within the first twelve months after purchase, the reversal of the burden of proof takes place according to §477 BGB. These are then generally manufacturing or material defects.
