Gaming laptop with monitor via USB-C -> DP 1.4?
Hello, I have the following request.
I have a MEDION Beast X30 Core i7-12700H RTX3070 Ti with a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port. No DP output.
My monitor is the LG UltraGear 27GN800P-B – 27 inch QHD gaming monitor (1ms response time, 144 Hz) with freesync.
I bought a good and expensive USB-C to DP cable and this should be the solution to my dilemma.
No matter what I try, CS2, for example, keeps stuttering and playing is no fun.
Do you have any ideas how I can get a nearly "good" setup with the laptop?
Monitor with Gsync?
P.S. Yes, I know a laptop isn't the best solution for gaming on a monitor, but unfortunately I have to be mobile. 🙂

Hi.
Do you have the backpackers with the external monitor only?
Have a different resolution with the monitor aks on the laptop that it can come.
Otherwise, I would try as it is from the USC C to a docking position and vob there on DP.
Hello, yes, the backpackers can only be seen on the external monitor.
I turn on the monitor as the main screen and the laptop completely.
Do you think this is more effective than a direct connection via cable? At least googlen.
I’d be surprised if the inteen monitors aren’t there. Then it can be almost just the imposition of the signal.
Hey, I’ve already tried, the rucklers are almost gone, but I’ve got problems with the fps😅
Hi just looking, fas laptop has an HDMI2.1 output. Why don’t you try it?
Hi, GSYNC I don’t think that’s hardware-wise between graphics card and monitor, the adapter will certainly not be able to implement.
Do I also go from there to help a gsync monitor or is it only good for dp-> dp?
Unfortunately only have the options usbc thunderbolt 4-> dp
