Game, HDD at full load even though it is installed on the SSD?

I'm currently having a problem where my games take a long time to load, for example, textures, sounds, etc. I recently checked the task manager and noticed that the HDD is hitting 100% while the SSD is at around 0-5%. I have a regular SSD (where Windows is installed), an HDD that only stores a lot of files, and the main SSD where the games, etc. are installed.

No virus or anything else. Out of nowhere. Especially (for example) in Battlefront 2 or GTA 5, the textures don't load, for example, the character disappears for a few seconds, or the map disappears for a while while the icons remain visible.

I sometimes wonder.
Maybe Windows's outsourcing file doesn't access the SSD but the HDD.

View advanced system settings

enter the search field (Start)

–> Expanded

-> Power settings

–> Expanded

–> "Virtuary memory" Change

–> Remove ticks from Automatic

–> Select SSD drive

–> Specify the size (double as large as the main memory)
