Gaining weight every day?
I have a question. I've been wanting to gain weight for some time now. I've been eating quite a lot and supplementing with homemade (high-calorie) drinks. However, it seems as if I'm gaining more weight every day (which shouldn't really be happening). Does anyone know when it's best to weigh myself to get my "real" weight? One week ago, in the morning, I weighed 71 kg at 186 cm…now, exactly 1 1/2 weeks later, I'm 74 kg (also in the morning, on an empty stomach and with an empty bowel)…what could that be? I really seem to be gaining a few grams every day…I'd be happy if that were the case, but biologically speaking, I'm a little doubtful.
But didn’t you want to increase from the start? And all the drinks you make yourself are likely to have such a high calorie that you take quite fast. Or they simply contain vieel proteins. The quick weight gain could also be due to the fact that you might do a lot of sports and it’s just muscle mass that you’re still taking
I don’t think it’s bad. I’m just worried that I don’t get behind the sport and get more fat than muscle mass. At the speed when I seem to put fat on, I can’t get behind with muscle mass. My current Kcal need should be at 2500 and I eat around the 3200. That would be biologically seen for 10 days for 1kg… but now I’m three. I can’t explain
In your place, I would lower the calorie requirement to 2,900-3000. I don’t understand why you’re taking so much, but if you could lower it a little, you could see if you’re still taking so much. It depends on what sport and how much you do
