Was there a teacher who had a particularly positive influence on you? If so, how?

Hi,

Tell me a little bit. 🙂

(if you had such a teacher)

For me, it's my old German teacher. He always taught me to question things and not lose my willpower.

He also always had a dark sense of humor. The days were almost always bleak, but not with him. Whenever we had a class with him, I was always happier than ever.

He had such a special way of explaining things and always shared his old stories with us. German was also a bit of history for him. 😂✨️ How much I appreciated him.

Unfortunately, he's retiring from school this year. 🙁

With you?

LG

I had a few teachers who set accents, especially my class teacher of 7/8. Class – he showed me that school can be fun and there are also nice teachers who work for their students and understand the young people and know what moves us and what does not move us, and he also went against bullying cases in the class with complete hardness and made sure that a mobber had to leave school and had a mobber run clean – the previously problematic climate in the class became noticeably better at the time.

I also like to think about our class teacher in the ninth and tenth grades. He was not a “practice teacher”; he smoked strongly also before pupils; it was known that he was very often traveling in restaurants; he stood to listen to techno music, drove a thick BMW, liked to etched against other teachers and the Evangelical pastor (not quite without reason – he was the only one who dared). In leisure, he was often met in pubs, restaurants and clubs, and preferred where techno music was played, even though he was at the end of 50. He sat down to us too (we were there so 16/17) and we drank a beer, etc. together, but he was never “full” or embarrassing or so, and he was taken seriously. We met him many times and he was always cool and always kind to us. He wore not very well-maintained outfits, often such an old beige-brown two-rower, usually smelled clearly after smoke. He came from the GDR, went openly about it, spoke Saxon – he fell sharply at the (west German) school. He did our class very well – he understood to give us something like team spirit, although the class community was actually miserable as I said. He was/is an absolutely primitive man who, unlike most teachers who always did so beautifully and seemed so nice, always meant well with us and saw us as human beings, not as a full-thread or stupid Kiddies. As difficult as the class was, he was great and we had a partner at eye level, to whom we really liked to go. He gave himself a great deal of effort, went to the local court with us, organized company visits, all possible. The class was not always an opinion, but we all liked this teacher. He was the first one to say for the class meeting in 2023… he’s 77 now and looks the same, he’s still driving this old BMW.

A teacher of mine was, by the way, even a styling model;-). That was so late 2003.. there I was going and gone when I saw a young teacher in the break and just thought me “Wahnsinn” —-> she wore a brown short-sleeved T-shirt with imprint over a white long-sleeved shirt to such a beige scary cargo pants, I was back and forth & she had just won – I wasn’t banged in her, but I knew how I wanted to run around ;-). This has not changed soooo much so far;-)

I remember well. This bulldozer was a person who played all against each other and wore up, but always played as a dear girl. One day she started crying because everyone was so bad to her. The teacher started a round of discussions in the class and wanted to know what was going on – but then it got rolling and quickly it was clear that people were only so “bad” to her, because she infamely mobbed and humiliated all where it was going. By the way, in the fifth and sixth grade, I also suffered from school fear. not because of this person who was maximally annoying for me and unsympathetic, but the climate in the class was generally rather wintery until this teacher came. He was the first teacher to be honest with us, that was paying off. He once said to me… as the children are different, he treats everyone individually and God loves everyone as they are. The teacher was very Catholic – it had to be liked, but I believe that his Christian attitude has made a great deal and he was not just outwardly such a believing Pharisee Christian, but “he was really like” he was just so human and Christian.

The second teacher… yes, he was more than a model. He understood us, he was fair, he was just. He seldom cried around, but that’s just to show us how serious it is and that he wants to help us and thinks well with us. If it was so far, we knew how serious the situation was and we took the man seriously. He saw UNS as characters, not any chaots, and he didn’t take any consideration at all, whose father was in the parent board or board member at the sports club or anything else, on the contrary.

And this teacher with the cool shirt (they always wore so what I did it soon) was not only super dressed and super pretty, but also incredibly nice, just, competent, sympathetic… just everything. She has troubled us, she was fair to us – she promoted us, but also demanded and it was a very great time with her.

Otherwise, I was a little in love with a young, very sympathetic and always great-hearted teacher, I was in the tenth grade. There I was a bit in love with her and her “cool” style —–> she wore mostly also “short arm over long arm” plus cargo pants (that were the 2000s of the style was cool), had beautiful long hair, so gracious nice eyes and drove a super chic Audi A3, then the completely new model … was professional and human absolutely a favorite teacher of me;-). I kept that for myself at that time. you (we are now friends) said ten years later and we have laughed very much about it 🙂

Thank you for your nice, long answer. ✨️ Was very fun to read them.

You’re welcome. Nice to meet you!

I’m still wearing something like this today 🙂

The teachers of the fifth and sixth grades were bad and absolutely uncomfortable except for English teachers, bullying and even sexual harassment in the indoor swimming pool. The sports instructor was also very active in the sports club – who was a member there and came from a social family, who had freedom of fools and was allowed to do what he wanted. He still humiliated the bulls by laughing at them and saying that they were themselves guilty, should not have themselves and pampered them by “covering the mobs” because he was friends with their parents about the sports club. He even covered a knock-on guy who got girls and boys on the school toilet. Once he got the toilet on the bus stop to the side and said very quietly, he should keep watching who he does what he does, but it would be nix as long as he’s a connector here… I got it because a friend and I were in the neighborhood by chance. So what shapes one and you can see how little a person or how little a child can be worth and how many “pedagogy” has missed his profession.

It was almost a satisfaction when he (here I was in the sixth grade) stumbled over such an affair and was removed from school within a few days. He never came back, it said he had been boarded early. When he was seen after that, he was a broken man and was no longer regarded as a deserved athlete, but as a children’s torture. You’re getting rid of him. By the way, the Klospanner was the one who had to leave school because of my class teacher of the seventh/eightth grade.

Yes, my English teacher in the 8th to 10th grade. He was so fair. Had no favorites in class, everyone treated the same and respectful. Even if his works were really bad.
When he came along, we made fun of our math teacher, because he was always a little scattered, he took the time to explain to us that he has a disease and that is why it comes. We were very grateful and then we acted better towards the teacher concerned. He always had an open ear for one when something was pressed.
That was a teacher of every respect, but there was no fear. He’s never run up or bare. Has always suggested that we support each other that the school is not a competition and in each of us are special strengths.
He showed us to treat everyone with respect.
He has also awarded the grade 6-, but this is on another sheet.
He was an incredible person, died in 2021. But he was old too.

My German teacher, at the same time our history and class teacher.

He knew that I can when I want😎😆 and that sometimes there are just situations that can shake you and that a deep doesn’t mean that it has to stay like that forever…

This has not only improved my first certificate, but saved me. If he had only gone stubbornly according to my current notes, he would have given me the degree with a stroke. But he saw my achievements in the overall context and was soul-like.

With me also the German teacher in the upper level. He taught us a lot and led us to independent thinking.

So I have a very good policy teacher right now. The great thing about him is that he knows everything, really everything. It could be questioned to a variety of things, especially things that have to do with politics, and he would have an answer that he can immediately provide with sources. His teaching is always well structured, and you always learn something about what you think about later.

Through his immense knowledge, I will be motivated to learn.
