Hello, as you can see in the picture, the battery has been at 10% for two days and isn't charging from sunlight. It's also drawing power from the grid, not just from solar. What could be causing this? Everything seems to be working fine with the wiring. Regards.

Yeah, sure, only if the Dolar cell doesn’t bring power, it can’t load. It can be a dolar cell, a defect on the charger, or on the battery. If you didn’t stick around at the setting of the cade controller, it can be almost just a defect.
