Sole and heel of foot hurt?

Hey, I want to say in advance that I know that you can't know 100% but maybe you have an idea what it could be and what can be done.

So, as I said in the question, the sole of my foot hurts, about half of it, right down to the heel, since Monday morning… I'd been awake for an hour and suddenly it started to hurt. I didn't do anything (I didn't step on anything or anything). Today in soccer training, I could only walk on my toes and my coach said something about what it could be, but I've forgotten what he said. It doesn't hurt from the outside like a bruise, but from the inside of my foot. What should I do and what could it be? Thanks

Since strangers from the internet can’t provide you with remote diagnosis, of course you need a doctor who looks at it personally. I would typify an orthopedic problem, malposition, heel spores or disintegration.

I want to say in advance I know you can’t know that 100% but […]

Without having examined it, a professional will also have a hit rate significantly below 100%. For the lay people from a forum, this could be 2%. Your health is too valuable to rely on such advice.

Good improvement!

Hello,

It could be plantar fasciitis.

That’s what happens when you’ve claimed too much of this fascinate. For example, if you only run up to the trash tonnage and go through a march of 15km tomorrow.

It only helps to prevent inflammation and start training slowly.

If it is, you can only tell a doctor, so make an appointment with an orthopedist and let you examine.

Maybe you need shoes. Always had pain, thanks to these inserts, no problem, even in sports. Go to the orthopaedic, he can help you and advise you.
