I had problems with my knee a year ago.

Yeah, can hang together.

There was also an edema on the foot, ankle.

It disappeared later.

Sometimes it helps if you keep the leg up, especially when lying. Put the affected leg on a pillow.

For your knee, you can use quark or cabbage wrap:

Do you have any flaws? So O legs or X feet? Or flat foot, etc.? Or did you have a little accident and you’ve been knocked around, stupid?
