Further training for machine and plant operators?

As stated in the title, I have completed my training as a machine and plant operator and am now working as an adjuster with worker duties in the company, however, I want to go to the office and I wanted to ask which further training is suitable for obtaining a good job in the office

I mean, it will be difficult with the training alone, but there must be certain further training courses that make it possible

After training, you can make the training as an industrial master (IHK) and industrial technician (IHK).

I can’t tell you if you get a job in a office after that. It depends on whether there are vacancies in your area and you are attractive to employers.

Further training options are:

  • State-certified technician (is of difficulty similar to a Bachelor degree course – with more theory)
  • Technical specialist
  • Technical farmer

With this 3 training you have better chances of a job in the office. But they are also more demanding. The technician has a similar task to the engineers. The traders/operators are more responsible for financial matters. But they work mostly in the office.
