I worked last year as a Snake Rescueer in India. That’s why I have too little respect for poisonous snakes…

At lectures, I have been especially enthusiastic about children for snakes and could even take the fear of some adults or at least alleviate.

I am not afraid of spiders either, because I am in DE and here this fear is rather unfounded.

There are no poisonous snakes here in Lande, no one at all. Fascination is the speed of these sluggish animals.

In DE there are 7 types of snakes, 2 of which are toxic to humans.

Yes, the Crusaders. The poison of the Kreuzotter is even quite strong, stronger than some rattle poison. The fact that bite accidents with cross-otters are as good as never deadly is that they use their poison very sparingly.

In addition, the Aspisviper is present in Germany as another poisonous snake. But only in the South Black Forest.

The ring-leaf also has toxins. For people, however, their “gift” is harmless. It is suspected that it has a predigestion function rather than being used primarily as a poison.

In Hesse there are populations

Crusaders are very shy. They flee immediately. A bite takes place only when one severely threatens it, touches it or comes to it, so that from a crusad bite above all berries collector and forest workers[11]can be affected.

I’ve never seen one, and I’ve done exactly what’s in the text, so I didn’t think it was here, thank you.

Snakes are usually seen, spiders not that can become life-threatening, as a bite is not always perceived as such.

I learned to live with them. All this tries to remember what is always said – it is more afraid of you, there are no dangerous spiders with us, look how interesting and useful they are, etc.

I can’t get any more screaming, and I’m not getting bad, but I can’t prevent a short shock star

But, now it comes: how to hear from us through climate change, there are also other species that are no longer so harmless. So the thing is clear to me: I will always be afraid 🤷 ♀️

I live in Germany, there are no such dangerous animals that you can die from a bite. So I’m not afraid but respect.

It would be different if I lived there where there were deaths from these animal groups. Then I’d be afraid and there from both.

Of course, I have much more respect for snakes, especially as there are some really poisonous ones here. But fear would be the wrong word. They’re gonna get out if they can do it.

So we’ve got Speikobras. They’re leaving.

The Krait, who lost himself in our garden years ago, would be happy to leave if our dogs didn’t catch him before.

may always like to visit me

with my daughters or my mother, I always have to save spiders and calm down

I always have one in or on my little garden pond, but my daughters and my mother look only from afar ;-))

a friend of my great daughter has a bigger snake, which I could touch, was a very beautiful feeling

I have also been given stripped snake skins hanging in my Indian corner

I also have a striped skin of her bird spider

I personally find spiders very awkward, but slowly come with them

SirSulas74

Spiders are easily overlooked, snakes are more likely to fall on, as you can react.

I have a snake at home, a king’s atter, and I once stroked a big, black, hairy cellar spider 😅

I know both living beings intensively from my youth. But when more than 200 cross-spins were slipped, it became a bit laborious to catch them all again. I don’t know problems with skin contact.

I’m not afraid of spiding or slanging. I find snakes even sweet.
