I use it in sauces and in flame cake with win few spices as a basis on the dough.
For some warm dishes, for baking and I also use it for my homemade ice cream.
For sweet cakes or cream cakes!

To make sauces, generally for cooking, more rare for baking, except naturally for broccolipizza and flame cake.
