Change jobs for more pay?

I currently earn just under $1,800 net as a single person. That money is enough for food, etc., but unfortunately I can't save or treat myself to anything.

The new position would pay €2,600 net. So, a big jump, with the prospect of more and advancement.

At my current job, I have no chance of advancement or a pay rise.

However, my current job is relatively relaxed and I have been there for years.

Would you go that route? Should I accept it? Everything's better with the new employer. It's just a new job.

I'm 24. Thanks.

At your age, definitely. I, with just under 63, wouldn’t do it anymore!

If you’re asking, it’ll make you feel better. If you don’t take the risk, you’ll regret it. You say that everything is better when it comes to new things.

If only the money would be different. But you seem to be afraid of the new challenge. That’s how a new job goes to everyone. But most of them are good. Calm down, you’re obviously dissatisfied, otherwise don’t ask, and you wouldn’t have been looking.

Apart from the monetary incentives – it enormously increases your experience and thus your market value when you change, especially with ascent.

But: Middle management is usually strenuous and more responsibility, and leadership tasks are not always fun………you have to weigh up.

A lot of success.

I was 11 years employed at a company in senior position when another company offered me 500,- more. After a long period of thought I did, had better working hours and then wore 25 years to retirement at the other company, where after 25 years I had almost doubled than to start

but your new employer will not give you the relaxed job you have now. This is also expected to be more in use for its more money.

There’s nothing worse in the job than staying permanently. You had a cozy job now and your employer probably didn’t pay for it for good reasons.

A new job is also a new challenge and you should take it before you become lazy and burial.

you’re young and you’ll get a development chance. Take them if you have a good feeling towards the employer. So not only the external data that vote, but also the operating climate.
