If I advertise a store, can I charge a commission?

Hello, let's say a shop recently opened. It's a reputable Thai massage parlor that only sees 1-2 customers a day, if that. What would that look like? The lady asked me to advertise her shop. What would it look like, assuming a lot of customers come in? Could I charge a commission? If so, how much would it be? An hour of massage costs €40.00. Would I have to declare this to the tax office, tax advisor, or something similar?

Hello , I have completed my training as a plant mechanic (Shk) and then obtained and completed the technical business administrator (IHK). Could I now become self-employed with this qualification, or do I need a master craftsman title? Both the technical business administrator and the master craftsman are considered equivalent.

Grundsätzlich ist es Verhandlungssache, auf wie viel Provision ihr euch einigt.

Ansonsten bist du dann gewerblich aktiv und solltest auch alle Anmeldungen durchführen.
